Our team combines expertise in bioinformatics, computational biology, data analysis, and statistical modeling to provide comprehensive support for oncology-related projects. Please note that the Computational Oncology Unit primarily supports computational oncology research at the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center. We recommend seeking assistance from other cores or units for non-oncology projects or requests. While we will still provide service to these projects, they will be given secondary priority compared to the needs of the cancer center.
