Who we are

We are a team of computational and biomedical scientists who provide cutting-edge computational oncology services, education, and training for transdisciplinary cancer research at the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center.

What we do

• Develop and use mathematical and computational models and tools for data organization and predictive modeling
• Develop organized and integrative systems such as data commons and portals for big data management and data sharing among collaborative research projects
• Bridge oncology with computational sciences to support research across a broad span of disciplines and applications
• Partner with oncology researchers to customize services in research areas such as population screening, biomarker analytics, and other analyses for precision medicine and development of new therapeutics
